Attention
• China Theory Week 2009 is an invited only workshop
• Room reservation at Wenjin International Hotel is kept for the nights of September 19-26,2009 (Beijing Time, GMT+8)
• Please keep the original receipt/invoice for all the reimbursable expenses
• Reimbursement will be made according to the invitation letter.
• Reimbursement for air travel can only be made for the travel of economy class. And following items are needed for flights reimbursement:
o the original air ticket or the itinerary of e-ticket for air transportation
o the original receipt
o boarding passes
o a copy of your passport
o a copy of your visa
o a copy of the invitation letter
• Please give us all above reimbursement material of your leave trip when you register, and sent us those of your return trip as well as your bank information and/or remittance address in 15 days after your arrival.
• Please pay attention to the Air Ticket Price Reference for Economy Class in CTW 2009. If the price of your ticket exceeds the referring price, please let us know, and we will decide the amount for reimbursement according to your request.
Tips
• Electricity in China runs on 220V, 50 cycles AC. Be sure to take adapters if necessary
• The time in Beijing is GMT+8, please check watches during your stay in China
• The taxi in Beijing costs 2 RMB per kilometer and 10 RMB for first 3 kilometers
