Due to the expected volume of email requests, please ensure that your email subject line contains the keywords "ICS 2010 visa invitation letter request".
- The invitation letter can only be issued after your registration to ICS 2010.
- By default a scanned (signed) letter of invitation will be sent via email as an attachment. If you need an original hardcopy invitation letter, please let us know.
