Paper/Poster Submission


Submitting a New Paper/Poster

Use the Submission Form to submit a new article. Be sure to provide a valid email address for the contact author as it will not be possible to change it afterwards. Your submission must be in PDF. Any other format will be rejected by the server.

Please have a look at the Call for Papers and at the Submission Guidelines before submitting.



Modifying a Previous Submission

At any time you can modify your submission with the Revision Form. You will need to provide the unique ID which was given to you upon the first submission and was also emailed to the contact author. You can do as many revisions as you want before the submission deadline for papers.



Withdrawing a Submission

You have the possibility to withdraw a submission from the conference with the Withdrawal Form. As for revisions, you will need to provide the unique ID which was given to you upon the first submission and was also emailed to the contact author. Note that once a paper has been withdrawn, it will not be possible to "un-withdraw" it: you will need to submit it again.



Discussion Platform

You have the possibility to reply to the reviewer messages via the Discussion Platform. You will need to provide the unique ID which was given to you upon the first submission and was also emailed to the contact author. Please note that your reply must be entered before the notification date.

Camera-Ready upload

Please use the Camera-Ready form to submit your article.You will need to provide the unique ID which was given to you upon the first submission and was also emailed to the contact author. Please note that your reply must be entered before the finally date.
