Workshop on the interdisciplinary frontiers of quantum information

At the workshop on the interdisciplinary frontiers of quantum information, we aim to facilitate international research collaboration in the field of quantum information theory. Through a week of scientific presentations and discussions, we intend to establish deep understanding between researchers at the Institute of  Interdisciplinary Information Sciences at Tsinghua, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Physics Department of the University of Oxford, and the Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) at the National University of Singapore.

The workshop covers a range of cutting-edge topics within the fields of quantum information theory, with special focus sessions on statistical complexity, quantum thermodynamics and macroscopicity. Through seminars and expert panel discussion on these topics, we intend to probe their interplay and share knowledge between the disjoint fields in order to aid in future collaboration.
