Holiday Inn Beijing Haidian

We will reserve a room at Holiday Inn Beijing Haidian for the invited speakers from Sept. 16 to 21, 2014 (Beijing Time, GMT+8, check in on Sept. 16 and check out on Sept. 21)

The easiest way to get to the Hotel is by taxi. It’s greatly suggested to take the licensed taxis and ask for the receipt for future reference if there is any problem. Please follow the signs/directions at the airport and you can find plenty of licensed taxis outside the airport. It costs 13 Yuan (~2 USD) for the first three kilometers and other 2.3 Yuan (~0.37USD) per kilometer thereafter. It will cost about 140 Yuan (including the Airport Highway fare, which is 10 Yuan) from Capital Airport to the hotel. This trip usually takes 45 minutes. But it may cost more during rush hours (8:00am-10:00am and 4:30pm-7:00pm). There are few taxi drivers that could speak English, so it is strongly recommended to have destinations written out in Chinese. Please show the following Chinese note to the driver if you take a taxi to Holiday Inn.

Airport Shuttle (http://en.bcia.com.cn/traffic/airbus/index.shtml) may be another quickest way to get to the hotel. Please take the shuttle Line 5 (30CNY) in the terminal and get off at Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark), which is 15-minute walking distance from Holiday Inn. Please refer to the above map.
